EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Hampton Roads Transportation Authority (HRTA), a regional authority created by the Virginia General Assembly during its 2007 session, and representing twelve jurisdictions in southeastern Virginia is seeking a candidate for the Executive Director position.
